What’s Inside?
Description
The portrait turns the human face into a layered psychological surface. Instead of treating skin as an external boundary, the artist fills it with symbols, miniature structures, patterns, and colour fields, as though interior life had become visible. The direct gaze anchors the composition, yet everything around it remains restless and proliferating. The title shifts the work from portraiture toward inquiry: what constitutes a person beneath appearance?

History
I kept thinking about how little a face can tell us and how much can remain hidden behind it. So I filled the portrait with fragments, marks, and private symbols. The question stayed with me throughout the drawing: what is actually inside a person, and how much of it can ever be seen?
